Codify your taste — design faster without losing it

AI can give you fifty screens in the time it used to take to sketch one. Most of them look fine. Almost none of them look like yours. That's the trade a lot of teams are making right now. Output is up, and the product is slowly drifting toward the same generic look as everyone else's. The judgment that made your work good (what you'd never ship, what "done" looks like, why this button and not that one) lives in your head. The tools can't see it, so they can't follow it. This session is about getting it out of your head and into something the tools can use. We'll work through how to spell out the calls you make on instinct: the principles, the patterns you reach for, the things you always cut. Then we'll turn them into rules, examples, and reference material that shape what AI gives back. You'll leave with a first version of your own, not just a list of ideas.
