According to Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise report, 74% of companies expect to use agentic AI within two years, while only 21% currently have a mature governance model for autonomous agents. At the same time, the EU AI Act is introducing new expectations around transparency, accountability and oversight. The gap between what AI can do, how organisations govern it, and who remains responsible for the final decision is what this hour is about.
