Probability & Scientific Statistics General description The Mathematics Club for Artificial Intelligence invites software engineers, researchers, and technology enthusiasts to the session dedicated to analyzing the topic: Introduction to Calculus Infinitesimal & Advanced part II. This time we will give a theoretical review of random variables, distributions, and Bayes' Theorem, accompanied by exploratory data analysis and probabilistic modeling guided by code. Key activities: Presentation of descriptive and inferential statistics applied to machine learning. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using Pandas and interactive visualization with Seaborn. Practical exercises in parameter estimation and probability calculation with SciPy. What we will learn: Management and interpretation of probability distributions and statistical measures. Fundamentals of Bayesian inference in problems of uncertainty. Cleaning, transforming, and analyzing patterns in real datasets.
