Mini AI Hackathon — Kelowna

Four hours. You leave with a working agent that fixes a real bottleneck in your business. Doors at 8:45, we start at 9:00. Quick round of the room, a short teach on how agents actually work — the anatomy, what goes wrong, how to scope — and then you build. A team of us circulating the whole time. Demos at noon. You don't need to be technical. You do need a laptop and a bottleneck. There's a short setup list and four questions to answer once you register. Both take about fifteen minutes and they're the difference between building something and spending the morning on installation.
