Description

IMPORTANT: The Toyota Plant Tour itself is free and open to the public. Participants are paying only for the training session, meeting room, refreshments and lunch. For this special session, participants are registered together to create one complete learning experience — Lean White Belt training, the Toy Car Manufacturing Simulation Game, morning refreshments and lunch, and the Toyota Cambridge Plant Tour — so that Lean concepts connect directly to real-world manufacturing practice at Toyota. Step into the world of Lean Thinking at Toyota — the global benchmark for operational excellence. This one-day immersive experience combines a Toyota Cambridge Plant Tour with a hands-on Toy Car Flow Simulation Game, giving participants a practical introduction to Lean principles and to how modern organizations integrate automation, data and AI to improve performance. During the visit and the learning sessions, participants will observe and explore how Lean systems operate in practice: • Autonomous robots supporting Just-in-Time material flow • Sensors and IoT systems monitoring processes in real time • AI analytics for predictive maintenance and waste detection • Human and machine collaboration for safety, quality and efficiency Participants also gain practical insight through hands-on simulation exercises, real case studies from multiple industries, and applying Lean + AI thinking to their own processes. By the end of the program participants earn an AI-Powered Lean White Belt Certification and leave with practical ideas they can apply immediately in their own organizations.
