Breakfast Learning #2
Description
Confidential breakfast, by invitationOnly event strictly reserved for Talent Development / Learning Directors After a successful first edition, Pollen and Comet are renewing this confidential meeting for the new semester. For this new edition, we will gather a select circle of Learning decision-makers around a topic at the heart of current transformations: Managing in the age of AI: what skills to develop, what practices to evolve, and what role for Learning? On this occasion, Nils Romier, Chief Learning Officer at AXA, and Jordan Defas, People Development & Culture Director at Doctolib, will share their feedback on how their organizations are supporting the evolution of management in the face of artificial intelligence. A discussion about the skills of tomorrow, the new challenges of leadership, and the strategic role of Learning in this transformation. Designed as a space for peer exchange, the Breakfast Learning offers a deliberately intimate format, aimed at fostering open discussions, concrete feedback, and high-level exchanges among Talent Development and Learning leaders.
