Digital Transformation Part II - Python Machine Learning Application Workshop

This course introduces students to the field of machine learning in a gradual manner. It utilizes Python modules such as Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, Pandas, and Scikit-learn to follow a common data analysis workflow (five steps of data understanding, preparation, modeling, evaluation, and interpretation) through practical cases involving text and image data mining. The course covers various types of machine learning, including techniques such as frequent pattern mining, clustering, regression, and classification, while cross-utilizing different models to achieve the goals of machine learning predictive modeling.
