Description

With the rapid development of generative AI, many people are starting to ponder: "Will jobs be replaced by AI in the future?", "Will the product skills we cultivate now still be applicable in the workplace?", "What are the really important skills for product managers when AI can assist in writing documents, organizing information, and analyzing needs?" AI is changing the way product managers work. From requirement exploration, project execution, to product decisions and user experience, many familiar workflows are being restructured. Instead of simply learning more AI tools, finding the real problems, determining the priority of needs, making decisions under different conditions, and understanding user needs has become increasingly important. This iLink Dialogues event invites Hahow Senior Product Manager and Taiwan Product Managers founder Eileen Huang to share her experiences and insights as a PM in the AI era. Eileen previously worked as a Product Manager at KKTIX and holds an MBA from Southwest Minnesota State University, dedicating herself to product practice and the product manager community for a long time. In addition to sharing, this event will include multiple interactive sessions on-site, exploring questions, prioritizing needs, and UX judgment, allowing participants to experience how product managers think and make decisions in practice. It will also cover how individuals from different professional backgrounds can understand the product and technology fields, accumulate relevant skills, and find the right learning and development paths for themselves. 【Event Content】 ✨ PM Work Experience in the AI Era Starting from frontline product work, sharing how the roles, ways of working, and skills required for PMs have changed since the emergence of AI. ✨ Project Execution and Dynamic Adjustment How PMs continually judge, adjust direction, and advance projects in the face of incomplete information, changing demands, and limited resources. ✨ PM Practical Interaction Through three on-site exercises, participants can experience how product managers think and make decisions: identifying core pain points with 5 "Whys", prioritizing needs and condition-based decisions, and testing UX judgment skills. ✨ Skills and Learning Recommendations Sharing from different professional backgrounds on how to cultivate skills, accumulate experience, and plan learning directions when entering the product and technology fields. ✨ Q&A ✨ Networking | Free Exchange The event will reserve time for exchanges, inviting participants to continue discussions with speakers and attendees on products, AI, careers, and things they are currently engaged in or interested in. 【Speaker Introduction】 Eileen Huang 【Event Information】 📅 Event Date: 10/7 (Wed) 19:00–21:00 📍 Location: National Tsing Hua University Education Hall R114 👤 Speaker: Eileen Huang
