Swansea Roundtable 1

The AI.Gateway programme will support people across Wales to build the skills needed for entry-level AI and digital roles, while helping Welsh businesses access talent that genuinely reflects their needs. Before we design the training, we want to hear directly from you. This roundtable is your chance to share real insight and experience on recruitment, junior employment, and how AI is currently being used or explored within your organisation, helping shape a programme that is grounded in what Welsh businesses actually need. What will the roundtable cover? During the session, we'll explore: Who is it for? You don't need to be an AI expert, or already employ people in dedicated AI roles. We welcome businesses already using AI, those exploring its potential, and those still working out what it could mean for their organisation. Where and when We're taking this conversation to businesses across Wales, with sessions running in Cardiff, Swansea and North Wales.
