Bay Area AI+car hackathon

Car AI Navigation HackathonChallenge: We have a mini city road with lanes, intersection and traffic signs. Your job is to use AI and a small autonomous car like the Donkeycar or equivalent (typically 1/16th scale or smaller RC car with a Raspberry Pi or equivalent and a camera controlling it) to navigate the "city", obeying signs and making it from one side to the other in the fastest time. You must bring your own car, which should be ready to run, with compute and camera already onboard and working. The objective of the hackathon is to add AI "city" navigation to it. You can use onboard AI, AI on your laptop via Wifi or AI in the cloud to help with the navigation. Think creatively about what kind of AI to use and what's the fastest way to do it!This is not an event for spectators, nor will cars be provided to those who arrive without one. This is a hackathon, not a regular race. Come ready to hack!'
