Working With AI: From Experimentation to Real Work is a full-day professional development workshop designed for professionals ready to move beyond experimenting with AI and begin applying it more intentionally to real work. Knowing how to use an AI tool isn't the same as knowing how to confidently direct AI within your work. Through Structured Thinking's Operational Literacy with AI™ framework, you'll learn how to better direct, evaluate, integrate, and oversee AI while keeping professional judgment at the center. This is a hands-on working session. You'll apply what you learn to a real responsibility from your own professional role and develop an AI-enhanced workflow you can continue using and refining after the workshop. You'll leave with a documented workflow, Structured Environment, Automation Readiness Assessment, Next-Step Implementation Plan, Structured Thinking™ Interactive Workbook, Professional AI Toolkit, and a Certificate of Completion documenting 6 Professional Development Hours.
