Where has the situation of "no need for human labor" come to today? A night to dissect the realities of implementation with those creating at the forefront. Labor shortages, energy depletion, changing well-being. The challenges Japan faces first will eventually become global challenges. x Human is a community that addresses the chain of issues revolving around "human augmentation → energy → entertainment." After graduating from the University of Alabama's advertising program, he worked at TYO Interactive Design and Dentsu, and is currently active as a data creative strategist at Hakuhodo. He handles everything from marketing communication strategies to the planning/implementation of promotional projects. He has worked with multiple industry clients, executing projects from corporate branding to service growth strategies and DX service implementation + operation. In addition to client projects, he has developed and operated marketing/creative solutions utilizing big data as a project manager for joint projects with Google/Yahoo. In the voice conversation product Pechat, he served as PdM/Creative Director. Currently, he is independent since 2021, developing/operating the AI dance practice tool “iNSYNC” as the CEO of an entertainment startup. - Physical AI Serial Entrepreneur - Partner Masashi Takeyama / 9Capital As an engineering manager at SoftBank Group, he engaged in system development and initiated new businesses as a business development manager. After working with a government fund, he established several venture capital (VC) firms, conducting incubation and lead investments for startups from seed to late stages. During the preparation phase for launching the VC, he experienced multiple roles as CFO for various startups and served as a mentor for acceleration programs aimed at students, working professionals, and entrepreneurs. - Moderator: Partner Masaaki Tanaka / 9Capital Since 2003, he has launched many businesses in consumer entertainment areas such as mobile content, smartphone games, web media, YouTube broadcasting, and voice actor idol IP fields. Since 2018, leveraging his insights from various businesses, he has been incubating and angel investing in startups and in the web3 space. Current ongoing business projects include the student entrepreneur incubation program "HEROES," the voice actor idol IP "Onsen Musume," and web3 products "Ruracoin" & "Rura NFT," among others. ■ People We Want to Attract: Those working or aspiring to work in the fields of human replacement/augmentation and entertainment; makers in robotics, AI, and hardware; entrepreneurs, researchers, and students who want to engage in this chain. ■ What to Bring: One thing that you are currently making or aspiring to make, in your mind.
