Description

[Rebellion x Everyone's Lab] AI for Science/Engineering Annual Regular Seminar 2026■ Seminar InformationDate: July 30, 2026 (Thursday) | 19:00 ~ 20:30 (Total 1.5 hours)Title: < Theoretical Modeling of Bio Systems Using Molecular Simulation and AI: Simulation-to-Experiment Framework >Details:1) Analysis of 'Chromosome Structure', a key challenge in bio systems: To understand the fundamentals of life phenomena and lead new drug development, we will address the analysis and prediction of the most academically and industrially focused issue, the chromosome structure.2) Molecular simulation based on computational chemistry: To grasp the dynamic characteristics of chromosomes from a microscopic perspective, we will introduce the use of molecular dynamics (MD) simulation methodology, which is a key tool of computational chemistry, and its role.3) AI framework bridging the gap between simulation and experiment: We define the intrinsic gap between traditional molecular simulation data and actual experimental data. To overcome this, we propose the 'Simulation-to-Experiment' framework that directly applies and validates AI models trained on simulation results to real experimental data.Speaker: Professor Park Jung-bin | Department of Chemistry Education, Korea National University of EducationParticipation Fee: Free (Public transportation is encouraged; parking support is not available)✅ Organizing Company IntroductionRebellionA leading AI semiconductor (NPU) fabless startup in South Korea. We are proving our global technological capabilities by designing AI customized chips with maximized energy efficiency and computation speed. Currently, in the era of generative AI, we are leading the expansion of the domestic AI semiconductor ecosystem in the global market through our data center NPU 'ATOM' and the next-generation chip 'REBEL'.✅ Hosting Company IntroductionEveryone's Lab (MODULABS)By creating an 'open learning ecosystem' where anyone can grow without barriers, we provide a community environment that allows individuals to experience AI technology trends and gain motivation for growth, regardless of their major. Furthermore, we aim to build a solid career foundation that connects learning to practical growth, enabling entry into actual industrial workplaces.1. Upcoming Seminar Schedule for AI for Science/Engineering✔️ 8/27: Earth Science - AI-based Climate Prediction and Earth Science Simulation✔️ 9/17: Mathematics - AI Innovations in Mathematical Research (LLM Proof Verifiers, etc.)✔️ 10/29: Systems Engineering - Industrial Application of Generative AI, GNN, and Reinforcement Learning✔️ 11/28: MODUCON 2026 'AI4Science + NPU' Track2. 💌 Be the first to receive monthly seminar news https://forms.gle/tMnGKD8B3jyWiXnV7📩 For inquiries, contact the Community Team at Everyone's Lab ([email protected])
