They promise to do more than answer questions: they can plan tasks, use tools, and take action. But what does that really mean in an enterprise context? In this talk, AI agents are explored from the perspective of an enterprise architect. We will look at what agents are and what they need to work in organizations. The talk provides a practical perspective on turning AI hype into tangible business value through enterprise architecture. Talk 2 - From Self-Doubt to Self-Confidence by Almira Sinanovic (Porsche Digital) In this talk, I’ll share my personal journey of building self-confidence and finding my own path as a student, a member of the People & Culture team at a tech company, and an aspiring business education teacher. Along the way, one conversation with a student particularly stayed with me and made me reflect. Together, we’ll explore why self-doubt often holds us back more than a lack of ability, and why it’s worth having the courage to seize new opportunities. Talk 3 - Software is Fun: A Day in the Life of a Software Engineer by Melissa Esquivel Leyva (Porsche AG) In this talk, I will give you a glimpse into what a typical day as a Software Engineer looks like when developing new features for the vehicles. You’ll learn how we bring ideas from concept to reality. We will also explore the many different career paths available in Software engineering so you can see how diverse and dynamic the tech world truly is. To close, I will share my personal journey as a woman in tech: the moments that have shaped me to show you life as a Software Engineer is not only rewarding but also full of opportunities for everyone. About the location Porsche Digital is opening its doors in Ludwigsburg. We will meet at the main entrance where we will pick you up. Please be aware that this is an in person meet up and will not offer an online option. If you are arriving by car you can park at the public parking lots around the Urban Harbor.
