Description

The Hourly Collective A working session and community for people who hire hourly and frontline talent: roundtables, networking, and candid talks from industry experts and the customers doing this work every day. No pitches, no vendor booths. Why This Exists Hourly sourcing broke somewhere in the last two years, and most teams are too busy triaging to admit it. The Hourly Collective is a community, an intimate, in-person gathering built around the people doing this work day to day. This first session brings together TA and HR leaders from healthcare, franchise, hospitality, and logistics to talk through what's actually working in hourly sourcing and what isn't, including the AI question every one of us is quietly wrestling with: where it earns trust in sourcing and screening, and where it doesn't. No product demos. No sales decks. Just a small, working room of peers, structured for real conversation and hosted by Humanly and Rajamma Krishnamurthy (Enterprise AI Leader and Adjunct Faculty, NYU). What to Expect Details Tuesday, September 8, 20268:30 AM – 3:30 PMHumanly HQ, 10900 NE 8th Street, Suite 200, Bellevue, WA 98004 Featured Speakers Rajamma Krishnamurthy, Enterprise AI Leader and Adjunct Faculty, NYU. Prem Kumar, Co-Founder and CEO of Humanly Additional speakers to be announced. RSVP The Hourly Collective is less an event than a community, a small group of people in hourly and high-volume hiring who want to think out loud together and learn from one another. We're keeping it intimate on purpose, so every voice in the room counts. RSVP by August 22 to hold your seat, we'll confirm within 48 hours.
