Tech2Step Ottawa x AWS Community Walk We are excited to partner with the DevOps + AI Community of Practice, organizers of Ottawa’s largest AWS Community Day! Sometimes the best ideas begin when you step away from the screen and go for a walk. Whether you are participating in the DevOps & GenAI Hackathon and want to brainstorm ideas, learn from experienced mentors, and explore possible solutions—or you are not participating but want to learn more about DevOps, Generative AI, cloud, AWS, and technology careers—this walk is for you. What to Expect The Tech2Step walk will take place from approximately 6:00–7:00 p.m. Participants will join small walking groups and connect more personally with AWS Community Day speakers, mentors, builders, engineers, and technology leaders as we journey along the Ottawa River. Conversations may include: Students, newcomers, career changers, experienced professionals, and anyone curious about AWS and emerging technologies are welcome. No running is required—just comfortable shoes, fresh ideas, great conversations, and community.
