This Claude Community Event is organized by local community members. Anyone building with Claude Code is welcome to come hang out! This is a networking-focused meetup: one talk up front, and the rest of the evening is yours to chat. Talk (about 40 minutes) "Sometimes AI Doesn't Seem That Smart?" | Speaker: Eddie Kao You may have had a conversation where the AI was sharp for the first half hour, then started forgetting things you'd already told it, or kept circling back to an approach you'd ruled out. Or the same question that got a great answer yesterday gets a so-so one today. You're usually not imagining it. The cause just isn't where intuition tends to point. Who This Is For No prep required, just show up, listen, and talk. If you've only been using it for a short while, you're equally welcome. Nothing in the talk assumes you're already an expert. On that note, if you've built something with Claude Code, whether it's shipped to production, a small tool you wrote for yourself, or an experiment you're halfway through, bring your laptop and show it off. Just open it up during the networking time. No slides, no need to have it all polished. The stuff that broke usually makes the better story anyway. Agenda Registration & Attendance Space at the venue is limited, so we can only fit so many people. If registrations exceed capacity, we'll switch to an approval-based process and select attendees based on what you write in your registration, so it isn't first-come, first-served.
