Stop Asking If AI Will Take Your Job

Start asking which of your tasks to give it. "Will AI take my job?" is the question everyone asks, and it's the wrong one, because nobody's job is one thing. You answer email, chase invoices, compile the Monday report, check the same dashboard before every meeting. AI doesn't take that bundle whole. It takes kinds of work. This talk gives you two questions that sort your own work in about two minutes: should this be software at all, and if so, is it recurring work (hand it to an agent) or information you need to see (build an app)? We'll run real cases through them, including a few we've built and lived with ourselves, then zoom out to how Morgan Stanley, DBS, IKEA and Klarna answered the same two questions at company scale. You leave with a verdict on one real piece of your own work: app, agent, both, or neither. This is the first live run of a new talk, in a small room, before it goes public in October.
