SingHacks 2026
Description
SingHacks 2026 is a free, two-day onsite AI and fintech hackathon in Singapore on 4–5 September, focused on building agentic AI solutions. Powered by Tenity, the second edition of SingHacks brings students, developers, startup founders, AI enthusiasts and experienced professionals together to tackle real-world challenges across banking, insurance and digital assets. Participants will move from idea to working autonomous AI agent with support from expert mentors, industry partners and access to development resources. ## Hackathon challenges Teams will build within three financial innovation tracks: - RegTech Intelligence with Julius Baer: create agentic AI systems that identify compliance risks, flag transactions and streamline customer onboarding. - Empowered Finance with Hedera: explore AI systems for payments, identity and impact, with an emphasis on trusted and inclusive innovation. - Conversational Insurance with Ancileo and MSIG: redesign the travel insurance journey through conversational, agent-powered experiences. Entrants may use any programming language, framework or tool that helps bring their solution to life. Projects will be assessed by an industry judging panel on innovation, technical implementation, potential market impact and presentation quality, with cash prizes and further opportunities available. ## What happens across the two days The programme begins on 4 September with a welcome reception, keynote speeches and team formation before the hacking starts. During the build, teams can access APIs, mentors and technical resources, followed by a checkpoint offering feedback, technical guidance and strategic advice. On 5 September, teams reach code freeze, submit their projects and prepare demos and pitches. The closing ceremony will see judges deliberate and announce the finalist teams advancing to the next stage. ## Who can take part? SingHacks welcomes participants of all skill levels, from people beginning their journey in AI and finance to seasoned builders. You can apply individually or with a team of up to four members. International applications are accepted, but everyone must attend physically in Singapore for the hacking, mentoring and pitching sessions.… Register for this event
