🛸GET YOUR TIN FOIL HAT READY. What if conspiracy theories stopped being theories... and became a reality? Reptilians. Extraterrestrials. Secret societies. Flat Earth. Clones. Spy birds. Time travel. Mind control. What technology would need to exist for that world to work? In SideQuest: Conspiracy Edition, we invite you to build that answer. We don't want you to come and prove that a conspiracy is real. We want you to imagine a world where they already are, and you are in charge of developing an application, a device, or any technology that exists in that universe. What is SideQuest? SideQuest is the anti-hackathon: an event where the tech community builds creative, absurd, and fun projects. Here, we are not looking for the next unicorn. ⚠️ Anyone who comes to sell a real startup will have to deal with the NSA. Some examples How does it work? Projects are developed before the event. On the day of SideQuest, there is no time to build: each participant presents their previously prepared project to the audience. The product can be an MVP, a functional prototype, or even a PowerPoint. ⚠️ We have limited spots for project presentations. If you want to take the stage, don’t sleep on it: complete your registration as soon as possible, and we will contact you to confirm your spot. At the end, the audience votes for the most creative, absurd, or conspiratorial project of the night. 🎧 Once the presentations are finished, we stay for networking with a live DJ. What if I don’t want to present? You can also come as an attendee. Come to see impossible projects, vote for your favorites, meet people from the tech ecosystem, and spend a different night with the community. 📅 Thursday, September 3 🎟️ Free entry with prior registration.
