She Prompts by NINJA is an interactive workshop designed to promote female leadership in the era of artificial intelligence. According to the recent report "Atlas of Future Jobs" by Sur Futuro (2026), generative AI has established itself as a critical factor in redefining women's work: on one hand, nearly 25% of women employed in the region are in positions that could be enhanced and increase their productivity with these technologies; on the other hand, women are overrepresented in risk areas, constituting almost 70% of jobs vulnerable to administrative automation by AI. In light of this situation, the workshop will not be limited to technical teaching of tools but will equip participants with "strategic reasoning."
