Roundtable: AI Implementation in HR

🤖 From processing and evaluating job applications to the takeover of entire HR processes by agents – the use of artificial intelligence does not stop at human resources either. While the technical possibilities for shaping daily work with AI are becoming more diverse every day, many companies are still hesitant to implement it in the HR sector due to uncertainty regarding the legal framework and boundaries.⚖️ In our roundtable, we approach the application of AI in the HR sector from a very practical perspective: What possibilities for application exist at all and how are they legally evaluated? What does it mean if the use of AI falls into the high-risk category? Are there absolute boundaries that employers must maintain when using AI in human resources? What role does data protection play? And last but not least: How can the works council be involved and what initial experiences arise from the corresponding negotiations?💬 Our experienced attorneys Dr. Eva Beyvers and Dr. Miriam Engler will provide brief insights into the legal framework and then discuss with you in a small group. This legal expertise will be complemented by reports directly from corporate practice, including the various application possibilities of artificial intelligence in the HR sector and the course of a specific project in which an AI-supported HR software was successfully implemented with the consent of the works council. You can ask your own questions, but also learn about the perspectives, approaches, and questions of other participants.
