You'll explore how AI can help reduce time spent on routine tasks, support marketing and content creation, and streamline everyday business activities. Through practical activities and real-world small business examples, you'll learn how to start using AI tools in ways that save time and support your business goals. During the workshop, you'll: • create prompts for common business tasks such as emails, customer responses and administration • learn how to identify the right AI tool for different tasks • use AI to develop marketing and content ideas for your own business • practise "GenAI tips and tricks" to make AI-generated content sound more like you and less like generic AI • identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual work. By the end of this workshop, you'll leave with: • an understanding of different AI tools and what they're best used for • greater confidence using AI tools safely in your business • ready-to-use prompts and techniques for admin, marketing and content tasks • a clearer understanding of where AI and automation could save time in your business.
