Reclaim Your Time: AI for Educator Workflows

About this event: Educators are drowning in work that doesn't require a human. Attendance follow-ups, parent emails, rubric drafts, meeting notes, the same five-slide deck rebuilt for the fourth time. AI won't teach your class, but it will hand back the hours you're currently spending on that. This full-day workshop is hands-on from the start. You'll work in Claude, Gemini, and MagicSchool, plus a few others worth knowing, on your own real tasks rather than sample scenarios. We'll build a small set of prompts and workflows you can run again next week, and talk honestly about where these tools break down and what not to trust them with. No prior AI experience assumed. If you've never opened one of these tools, this is the right room. If you've been experimenting on your own and want structure, it's also the right room. Bring a laptop and, if you can, a real task you're tired of doing. You'll leave with a working understanding of what AI is actually good for in a school setting, and a short list of specific things you can stop doing by hand. Who should attend: K-12 classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and building or district administrators. Pay via Invoice If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund. Any cancellation made on the day of or after will NOT receive a refund. In-Person Events Please note this event will be held in person and will not be recorded. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered.
