PyData Bristol’s community social returns on 7 October 2026 for a short talk, informal discussion and tech networking at Left Handed Giant Brewpub. ## Reconnect with Bristol’s data community Running from 6:00pm to 8:00pm BST at Left Handed Giant Brewpub in Finzels Reach, this relaxed meetup is designed to bring people together after a long break. Rather than a packed conference programme, the emphasis is on hearing interesting ideas, starting useful conversations and building connections across Bristol’s technology community. The event will be particularly relevant to people interested in Python, data science, machine learning, open-source scientific computing and data science using Python. No specific experience requirement is listed, so attendees can expect a community-focused setting rather than a formal technical workshop.
