Description

Anandan Kumaran (Tiny Magiq) & Gopal Swaminathan (Bsharp) present a mind-bender. You will be wrong about something in the next ten minutes. So will everyone else in the room. That's not an insult — it's how the human brain is built. We're bringing 35 founders and builders together in Bangalore for an afternoon that starts as a mind-reading demonstration and ends as a working lens on how AI gets built. The first half is live and participatory — real mentalism, not a metaphor. The second half turns the trick inside out: the exact same mental reflexes that let a room of smart people get "read" are the reflexes that quietly shape the data, labels, and judgment calls behind every model your startup ships. As the demonstrations close, the session opens into the part these rooms are really for: unscripted discussion on where your own product or model decisions might be carrying a blind spot you haven't named yet. 🎯 Who Should Attend: Founders and operators making decisions that touch AI, data, or product judgment — no ML background required. If you've shipped a feature, set a metric, or made a hiring call, you already have the instincts we're going to put on stage. ⚡️ Think of this session as equal parts experience and toolkit — you'll feel a bias happen to you, then leave with a way to catch it in your own work. ⚡️ABOUT TINY MAGIQ Tiny Magiq is a digital transformation accelerator that mentors teams to uncover and ship disruptive innovation opportunities themselves — using a patent-pending, phenomenon-based learning (PhenoBL) methodology rooted in behavioral science. Tiny Magiq works with organizations to change habits and mindsets alongside their technology, equipping teams with the judgment to use AI and genAI well, not just adopt it. ABOUT BSHARP Bsharp is a multi-product SaaS company focused on enabling frontline and field sales teams. Its flagship product, Bsharp Converse, uses AI to deliver instant answers, learning pathways, and reporting that improve employee engagement, training effectiveness, and customer experience for distributed teams. This event is part of Basecamp, a community-powered tech week in Bengaluru bringing founders, builders, and operators together. Basecamp is free for the community and powered by the community. See you there!
