Prompt Engineering & Optimization: From Design to GEPA
Description
Getting better results from LLMs is not just about “writing a good prompt.” How the prompt is structured, which techniques are used, how the output is evaluated, and how it is optimized over time have become engineering challenges in their own right. In this event, we will examine the prompt development process from two different perspectives. In the first session, under the title Effective Prompt Design: Methods and Approaches, we will discuss the prompt design methods used to obtain more consistent and quality outputs, practical approaches, and key points to consider. In the second session, we will look at how the prompt development process can be made more systematic and automated through GEPA and Prompt Optimization. We will discuss the evaluation of prompts, their iterative improvement, and how the optimization process works with practical examples. In short, we will start with the question of how to design a prompt better and progress to how we can systematically improve it. Two speakers, two different perspectives, one topic: better LLM outputs.
