Highlights
Theme: 'One Network, Many Possibilities: Strengthening the OPERAS Community'. Dates: May 18–21, 2026; satellite events on May 18–19, main conference on May 20–21. Submission portal: https://operasandsciros.sciencesconf.org; deadline extended to February 15, 2026. Conference priorities include Open Science meanings, disciplinary diversity, quality & evaluation, multilingualism, scholarly governance, and stakeholder inclusion. Submission formats: posters, short papers, and panels. No conference fee; participants cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. Programme Committee includes experts from various institutions across Europe. Conference aims to explore the 'connective tissue' of research infrastructures in the Social Sciences and Humanities. Jointly organized by OPERAS Research Infrastructure and the SCIROS project. Focus on addressing structural and systemic challenges in the Social Sciences and Humanities through Open Science.
