Description

🧠 AI Breakfast | TRICITY – edition #22📆 Thursday, 30.07.2026 🕒 8:30 - 10:30📍 Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia (PPNT) Official part 9:00 - 10:30, but we invite you from 8:30 and after the official part for networking and conversations over coffee. We return with another edition of AI Breakfast – a meeting over good coffee, sandwiches, and topics that resonate with the future. This time we will talk about AI from three very practical perspectives: how to design AI implementations for real people, how to ensure company visibility in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers, and how AI can help interpret intentions, emotions, and social context in text messages. In the program: 🔹 Kamila Drygalska – "Companies are implementing AI. Employees to AI — not anymore." In this short presentation, I will discuss the poorly designed entry threshold into AI: that many tools, tutorials, and implementations assume a person on the other side already knows the technical language and knows how to start. I will show why simply purchasing a license, sending documentation, and doing a webinar does not necessarily mean that people will actually start working with AI. I want to reverse the popular question "are people ready for AI?" and ask: are AI, implementation, and organization ready for real people? Kamila DrygalskaKamila Drygalska works at the intersection of operations, work design, and practical use of AI. She analyzes how systems, processes, and tools impact people's daily work, especially when they start to accelerate chaos instead of helping. She writes and speaks about operational noise, drift, responsibility, and technology adoption. She develops the approach AI Ready For Humans / Human Ready AI, where the tool, language, and onboarding adapt to the level, goal, and context of the person, rather than shifting the entire burden of technology entry onto the user. 🔹 Maciej Wiśniewski – "Does AI recommend your company? A new game for visibility in ChatGPT and Perplexity." More and more customers start their purchases by asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini, rather than starting with Google search. These models recommend specific companies, and most entrepreneurs do not know if they even appear in such answers. I will explain what GEO (optimization for AI models) is and why it is becoming what SEO was a decade ago. Using examples in Geoboard, a free Polish tool, I will show how to check if AI recommends a given company, how it compares to competitors, and what to improve in order to start being mentioned. Everyone will leave with three things to implement immediately. Maciej WiśniewskiMaciej Wiśniewski, CEO of PremiumAds agency and creator of Geoboard.ai, a tool that checks and improves the visibility of companies in AI responses (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). For over 12 years, he has been running Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and web analytics projects for e-commerce companies, developers, and service networks with performance budgets ranging from 2,000 to 200,000 PLN monthly. Industries: construction, medical, e-commerce, education, real estate. 🔹 Maciej Wierzbowski – "What did he actually mean?" - AI that reads between the lines. "Sure. Do as you wish." - is it bad, joking, or offended? The text has no tone of voice or facial expressions, so we guess - and often get it wrong. For neurodiverse individuals or language learners, this is daily stress, and grammar correction doesn't help here. I will showcase an application that analyzes the intentions, emotions, and social context of messages through three lenses: literal, social, and emotional. Live demo + an honest story of building a real product alone, with AI as a team. Maciej WierzbowskiMaciej Wierzbowski - programmer and maker. After years of working as a freelancer, he is building alone, with a "team of AI," an application that translates the intentions and emotions of text messages. He believes in technology that understands people and reduces anxiety rather than adding to it. He also works in the Tri-City tech community in his free time. 🍽️ Entrance: 35 PLN – breakfast fee📌 Limited number of spots – registration is required. We'll start conversations as early as 8:30 – come earlier for networking!
