About Tine: Today Tine is the founder of Inner Architect, where she works with young people on building real capability and navigating careers in a tech-driven world. She built that perspective the hands-on way, through a career in finance and technology. She worked as a trainee at PWC and later in Digital Product Management at Westpac, where she helped improve the features behind everyday payment tools like QuickStream and PayWay. That's the behind-the-scenes technology that lets you tap, transfer or get paid in seconds, along with some of the messages you might have spotted inside the Westpac app itself. She was also Westpac's AI Copilot Champion, helping teams bring Microsoft Copilot into their everyday work when AI tools were brand new, right at the front of a major shift in how banks operate. Tine got her start in finance as a junior, applying for a full-time project management role while she was still at university full time, and was trusted with real ownership of projects early on. From there she networked her way into role after role across the business. It's proof that a career in finance isn't a single fixed path.
