A room of local business owners and operators talking about where AI actually fits in the work, and where it does not. No slides, no pitches. We sit around one table. Last time the best part came about twenty minutes in, when people stopped being polite and started saying what actually eats their week. And what are you doing right now that either a person or a tool could take off your plate.
