MTLC CAIO Peer Group

MTLC’s CAIO Peer Group brings together leaders who are responsible for driving AI strategy and adoption inside their organizations. Like all MTLC peer groups, this is a trusted space for a curated group of peers to exchange ideas, share challenges, and learn from one another — a place to ask questions, test approaches, and know you’re not navigating this evolving role alone. In this session, we’ll explore how and when to start optimizing websites and digital experiences for agentic traffic while still delivering a great experience for human users. Inspired by recent announcements from companies like Ramp and Salesforce on how they’re preparing for agentic traffic, we’ll use this conversation to compare approaches, discuss the implications for infrastructure, governance, and measurement, and share what’s working (and what’s not) as CAIOs experiment with customer-facing and agent-facing AI capabilities.
