Highlights
Learn to visualize and interact with multi-dimensional microscopy images using Napari. Import and export image data while preserving metadata with Python libraries like bioio and NumPy. Apply basic image processing techniques such as filtering and intensity adjustment within Napari. Create and manage labels and layers to effectively annotate and organize image data. Install and use Napari plugins to extend functionality for segmentation and analysis tasks. Generate simple animations to communicate image analysis results. Open and manipulate multi-dimensional microscopy images using Bio.io and NumPy. Interpret image metadata to understand acquisition parameters and file structure. Segment microscopy images using classical approaches and automated tools like CellPose. Compute and plot quantitative descriptors for segmented images to support data analysis.
