Her work includes privacy considerations in financings, M&A, and IPOs, as well as compliance with regulations including the GDPR and CCPA. Sheila Warren – Board Chair, Advanced AI SocietySheila Warren is a technology, policy, and strategy expert and Board Chair of the Advanced AI Society. She is also a Tech Ethics and Policy Mentor at Stanford University’s McCoy Center for Ethics in Society. Previously, she served as CEO of Project Liberty Institute and founding CEO of the Crypto Council for Innovation. Whitebox AIWhitebox is developing technology to measure, certify, and control architectural risks in advanced AI systems. Its work focuses on enabling highly capable foundation models while limiting the emergence of characteristics such as persistent identity, self-modeling, and agency.
