Masterclass "Human WITH the Loop. People, AI and processes learning together"

There has been much discussion about keeping humans "in the loop", controlling what AI produces. However, the most effective collaboration arises when people and artificial intelligence go beyond merely overseeing each other and work within processes designed to learn, correct, and improve over time. Together with Rossella Racugno, COO of Apply, we will see how the true leap forward in AI adoption lies not in finding the perfect prompt or automating as many tasks as possible, but in designing systems where goals, information, rules, feedback, and human responsibilities are coherently connected. The aim is to shift the perspective from AI as a tool that 'produces answers' to AI as a component of a broader work system, in which technology enhances the organization's ability to better utilize the knowledge, experience, and focus of its people.
