Our first Claude Community event in Marin. Most of what you hear about AI agents is a demo. This is not that. Two people who build for a living will show what's actually running. Both are working in Claude Code.Josh Lowman — How I Run My Agency With Claude Code Josh Lowman is the founder of Gold Front, a strategic design agency serving (mostly) AI startups. He is the creator of Agency OS, an AI-native system designed for creative teams. He also teaches agentic engineering to other agency leaders. Today he's sharing his fits-and-starts journey with AI over the last 3 years, and how he employs agents today to run every workflow in his shop. Josh On - Building the Tools I Want With Claude Code Josh On is an interaction designer who also codes, and now that is a thing again, so he is very happy! He is best known theyrule.net, first made in 2001 and many times since. Today he will be showing design-stystem.studio which allows designers to rapidly make design systems that can be used in Figma, React, and an increasing number of destinations. He used agents to help build the first version in 2025, and today he is using Claude Code to make it agentic. He will also quickly show some other projects that he is excited about and show how he uses Claude Code to make tools to make the sites he wants, keeping the very custom look and feel.
