Join us for an open conversation about the journey, challenges and insights on progressing your career within the AI space. For women building technical careers in AI - whether you're an engineer, running experiments, or somewhere in between, career progression is one of those topics that rarely gets the honest, peer conversation it deserves. We're very excited to be joined by Safa Abbas for this event, to share her story and spark an honest conversation about what building a career in AI really looks like. In conversation with Yasmin, Safa will take us through her journey of over 6 years in AI, from Junior Machine Learning Scientist to AI Innovation Lead, navigating startups, product businesses and consultancies, and a move from fintech into the marketing world. She's a regular speaker on DeepTech, including at the London AI Campus and the Royal Institution, and recently co-hosted a day at Google's London office for the Google X Working Options Symposium on the future of work and AI. She's an inclusion advocate, passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI whilst keeping ethics at the forefront.
