Description

◼︎ Event Overview(Since this is a casual gathering, please feel free to join us)This is the second installment of a study group that delves into the 'technology' and 'leadership' that leaders should confront in this rapidly changing era!In the first part, Nobutaka Suzuki, who works as a 'navigator who draws strategies,' will speak. While many business leaders fail after jumping onto tools and social media strategies (tactics), he will share simple ways to chart the course from 'strategy → product → customer acquisition' without using complicated analyses.Additionally, starting from Suzuki's words that 'I understand others but not myself,' Moriyama will briefly introduce the essence of 'internal organizing (coaching)' to draw out one’s true axis. This will provide a time for participants to clear their uncertainties. In the second part, Deep Sakai and Umino will have a discussion on the theme 'Where does value arise in an age where anyone can create with AI?' Using the construction of a recruitment site as a concrete example, they will discuss how to effectively utilize AI and what aspects are better handled by humans (such as collecting primary information through interviews). We will deeply explore what 'only humans can do', how the quality of primary information changes AI outputs, and where 'sharpness' arises in an era where everyone can create with AI—leading up to the first actionable steps that can be practiced from tomorrow.◼︎ Schedule▪️ Content of Part 1▪️ Content of Part 2▪️ Speaker ProfilesPart 1 Leadership Advisor (Strategy) Nobutaka Suzuki - Navigator drawing strategies / Region’s No.1 SEO Marketer with over 20 years and more than 300 companies' achievements at Tsunamug Design.
