Let's Talk Open Source Security
Description
An OpenSSF community event during Bengaluru Tech Week. Security has a complicated relationship with software development, especially in open source. Come meet like-minded people to discuss the current state of open source security. We are bringing together speakers to explore the software supply chain, attacks that have become too common, and the growing range of tools and techniques available to defend it. AI will be part of the discussion too, including how it can weaken security, how teams are using it to strengthen security, and how red, blue, and purple teams are adapting. We want this to be a safe space for the community to discuss software security and learn from one another.
