Leading Organisational AI Transformations 🤖

A hands-on AI transformation workshop for business analysts, taking place at The Eagle Building in Edinburgh on 28 September 2026. ## Lead AI change by discovering the right problem AI initiatives do not always fail because of the technology. Often, organisations move forward without fully understanding the business problem they need to solve. Leading Organisational AI Transformations explores how business analysts can address that gap and guide complex, uncertain change with greater clarity. Internationally recognised speaker Fabrício Laguna will lead an immersive business analysis discovery experience built around participation rather than long presentations. You will step into the role of a Business Analyst navigating a realistic organisational AI transformation challenge, working with others to investigate the situation and determine what should happen next. During the workshop, participants will: - Investigate the business problems behind an AI initiative - Interview stakeholders as part of an interactive role-play - Navigate conflicting viewpoints and competing priorities - Collaborate with fellow attendees to uncover relevant insights - Decide on an appropriate next step for the transformation - Explore how business analysis can help organisations make better AI decisions The emphasis is firmly on learning by doing. Instead of passively listening to a series of talks, you will practise discovery, questioning and decision-making in a collaborative setting. ## Who should attend? It is relevant whether you already work with AI initiatives or simply want to strengthen your approach to ambiguous, high-stakes transformation.
