We are sitting in the cafeteria, where lunch is usually cooked and eaten. Who is there? At each workstation, there are two people: a skilled worker from the trade and a therapeutic trainer. One completes the tasks, while the other ensures that the processes fit the people. In the carpentry, complete furnishings are created as a result. What is produced in the workshops is displayed in the dining area on a wall made of open wooden crates. Why we are there? AI is not just a technology topic; it is a social topic. Those who want to return to the labor market now face demands that were not present two years ago. We are bringing KINN around Tirol, and this time we are not in a coworking space but in a business that works exactly at this point. What to expect? Theme tables. As always: The topics come from you.
