Join a Claude Community Event, organized by local enthusiasts for everyone who loves building with Claude Code!When you open Claude Code, you start coding. But what transforms it from an assistant into a system is not the code; it is five markdown files.INTENT.md explains why you are doing it. PLAN.md outlines the order in which things will be done. CLAUDE.md specifies the rules it will operate under. DESIGN.md shows how it was set up. MEMORY.md states what will be remembered when the session ends. Five files, five questions, all plain text. So, you are actually programming a development tool with sentences.This morning we will write these five files one by one on your own project. In the end, Claude Code will not only receive commands; it will know what you are doing, why you are doing it, and where you left off.FormatA brief framework, followed by three build sprints.
