AI Innovation Manager (IHK) – free informational event Utilizing AI tools is one thing. Strategically and meaningfully implementing AI in a company is the next step. The AI Innovation Manager (IHK) is aimed at executives, decision-makers, and innovation managers who want to recognize, assess, and develop concrete projects from the potential of AI in their own company. The course covers among other things: • suitable AI use cases in the company • assessment of business value and profitability • structured planning and implementation of AI projects • change management and involvement of employees • compliance, risks, and responsible use of AI • development of a concrete AI project for one's own company No technical prior knowledge is required. The course combines compact live online sessions with intensive practical days and concludes with an IHK certificate.
