In The Loop 2026

In The Loop 2026 brings automation builders and enterprise operators to Berlin on 13–14 October for two days of n8n talks, workshops and networking. Hosted at Wilhelm Studios in Berlin, this is n8n’s first conference in its hometown. The programme combines Partner Day on 13 October with Ecosystem Day on 14 October, creating a meeting point for people building AI-powered workflows and teams treating automation as core infrastructure. Two tracks, practical lessons The conference focuses on real challenges rather than abstract possibilities. The Building with n8n track is for people designing and shipping automations. Sessions will explore how to structure reusable systems, prepare for failure, investigate unexpected behaviour and keep workflows fast and affordable as usage grows. Attendees will also learn how to connect modern AI services with legacy systems while keeping probabilistic AI agents within deterministic rules and human oversight. Running n8n at scale is aimed at technical leaders, platform teams and operators responsible for business-critical automation.
