She has built global L&D and engagement strategies, coached more than 200 leaders, and led people initiatives that have delivered measurable improvements in engagement, adoption and business performance. Gwen is particularly interested in how AI can reshape the employee experience by creating new ways for employees to learn, communicate, contribute and connect.
