HACK-O-OCTO 4.0 is the fourth edition of GDG Chandigarh University’s flagship hackathon — a 24-hour coding marathon designed to bring together innovators, developers, and creators from all domains to solve real-world challenges through technology. (More information on Unstop) Participants will ideate, prototype, and pitch their solutions before a panel of industry experts while gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to win exciting prizes and recognition. 🗓️ Format & Dates Round 1 (Online): Submit your idea proposal and target problem statement. Round 2 (Onsite): The final 24-hour continuous build and pitch at Chandigarh University (October 23-24, 2026). 👥 Eligibility & Rules Team Size: 2–5 members (no solo participation). Who: University students across India. Beginners are welcome! Team Rules: No inter-college teams allowed. Interdisciplinary teams within the same college are highly encouraged.
