“Driving AI” means taking an active stance:not just enduring change, but understanding and directing by placing leadership, people, and business goals at the center of decisions. Because the opportunities are many, but so are the questions: • where can AI generate tangible value for the organization? • what choices lie with the leaders? • how does the role of people and skills change? • how can we innovate without losing sight of responsibility and impact? It is from these questions that we want to start.
