Grade the Work: Would Your Managers Trust the Same AI-Assisted Work?

AI can turn rough notes into polished work in seconds. The result may look finished long before anyone has established whether it deserves to be trusted. For HR and People leaders responsible for setting a company-wide quality standard and equipping managers to apply it, that creates a costly inconsistency. Weak work moves forward, sound work gets redone, and HR cannot show leadership that human review is working consistently. In this live online working session, you and the other HR and People leaders will grade three realistic pieces of AI-assisted work. We will put the anonymous results on screen and see where judgments align and where they split. Then you will grade the same work again using a one-page standard covering evidence, reasoning, fit for purpose, human accountability, and the consequences of being wrong. We will measure what changes. You will leave with a practical starting standard and a self-assessment for finding where your company is relying on judgment without a shared quality bar. No technical background is needed. The workshop is in conjunction with ATD Greater Boston and Work Redesigned.
