The Global Conservation Tech & Drone Forum (GCTDF 2026) is set to take place at Konza Technopolis in Muumandu, Kenya, from March 2 to March 6, 2026, coinciding with World Wildlife Day on March 3. This annual, non-profit event serves as a platform to highlight the role of advanced technologies
Highlights
The forum coincides with World Wildlife Day on March 3, 2026. Features live drone flight demonstrations at Konza Technopolis. Includes tracks on Drones in Nature Conservation, AI, GIS, and Conservation Intelligence. Hosts the Women in Conservation Forum (WiCF) on March 5. Offers field-based drone and data demonstrations at a leading Kenyan conservancy on March 6. Integrates expo booths and poster sessions with over 500 participants. Focuses on biodiversity protection, community benefit, and climate & ecosystem resilience. Supported by Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) as the official conservation partner. Emphasizes open sharing of sessions, data outputs, and project results. Encourages participation from conservationists, technologists, and community leaders.
