Now in partnership with Google Developer Group Kigali, this hackathon will give participants exclusive access to Google’s latest generative AI tools, including Veo 3 and Nano Banana, to create bold, practical, and future-focused AI solutions. The event will bring together participants from the Pan African Informatics Olympiad (PAIO), undergraduate and graduate students, and leading young builders from across the region. Participants will collaborate, compete, prototype, and showcase what they can build at the frontier of AI. Whether you are passionate about software development, product design, machine learning, creative AI, entrepreneurship, or solving real-world problems through technology, this is an opportunity to learn, build, connect, and challenge yourself alongside a vibrant community of innovators.
